Khmer cultual association, called "Association Bouddhique Khmere - Vatt Khemararam", and based in France.
The Superior/founder of this association is His Holiness Sangharajah Bour Kry, actual Supreme Patriarch of Dhammayutta Order of Cambodia. He has created this association for the benefit of all buddhist believers, both Cambodian people and foreigners.
