Samatha meditation involves mindfulness of breathing. Paying attention to the breath ecourages the mind to calm and still. Stillness brings wellbeing and understanding.
The Monaghan group meets at Corcaghan Community Centre most Mondays at 7.00 pm. The group is open to anyone who wants to come along at any time.
