The Community Meditation Center is located in New York City on Manhattan’s upper west side. With a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere the CMC offers classes, Insight Meditation (Vipassana) instruction and practice, daylong retreats, workshops, and social events. Some of the world’s most renowned teachers join with guiding teacher Allan Lokos as we endeavor to develop greater compassion, lovingkindness, wisdom, generosity, and equanimity. All are welcome.
